“I Am the Immaculate Conception” – a screening of the Polish-language version of the film with the director in attendance. (The English-language version was shown in over 1,000 cinemas across the United States.)
Most Catholics—and even some clergy—do not fully understand what the Immaculate Conception of Mary truly means, even though Pope John Paul II said that this mystery contains the synthesis of Christianity. Why does Mary introduce herself in Lourdes with the words, “I Am the Immaculate Conception”? Why is this so important?
In the film, the creators attempt to answer these challenging questions and, in a clear and structured way, explain the essence of who Mary is, the power of her intercession, and aspects of Marian devotion that remain unclear to many Christians.
By combining the latest digital technology with exceptional set design, the filmmakers take viewers back 2,000 years, allowing them to witness key moments in the lives of Mary and Jesus—such as the Wedding at Cana, the Last Supper, and the Crucifixion. Every scene in the film was created based on an in-depth analysis of Sacred Scripture.
After the screening, the director will personally greet the audience and thank everyone for attending. He will share a few words about himself and the making of the film, as well as briefly introduce other productions and upcoming projects of the Kolbe Film Foundation.

W filmie twórcy starają się odpowiedzieć na te, jak się okaże niełatwe pytania, a także w uporządkowany sposób wyjaśniają istotę osoby Maryi, mocy jej pośrednictwa, a także wyjaśniają, rzeczy dotyczące Maryi niezrozumiałe dla wielu chrześcijan.
Dzięki połączeniu najnowszej technologii cyfrowej z wyjątkową scenografią cofają widzów w czasie o 2000 lat, by pozwolić im uczestniczyć w najważniejszych momentach życia Marii i Jezusa, takich jak: cud w Kanie Galilejskiej, Ostatnia Wieczerza czy Ukrzyżowanie. Każda ze scen filmu powstała na podstawie głębokiej analizy Pisma Świętego.
